Shalin Lakhani is a nationally board certified Licensed Acupuncturist with Master of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine (MAC CHM), a comprehensive three-year program from the New England School of Acupuncture (NESA) at MCPHS University in Massachusetts, where she also specialized in Japanese Style Acupuncture. As part of her clinical training, she completed her internships at Boston Medical Center and UMass Memorial Medical Center, gaining valuable experience treating patients in hospital and integrative healthcare settings. She is also a Naturopath and Yoga Physician, BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Science) from India, a five-and-a-half-year medical program that provided her with a strong foundation in holistic and natural medicine.

With a deep understanding of both Eastern and Western healing principles, Shalin draws on her background in Naturopathy and Yoga philosophy to inform her holistic perspective. In her acupuncture practice, she focuses on addressing the root causes of imbalance rather than just symptoms. Her clinical approach includes modalities such as traditional needling, trigger point needling, cupping, tuina, electroacupuncture, etc, each treatment tailored to meet the unique needs of her patients. Shalin helps individuals with a wide range of conditions, including orthopedic and musculoskeletal pain, stress/anxiety, constipation, insomnia, headaches, fatigue, women’s health concerns, and geriatric care.

Shalin is passionate about empowering individuals to take an active role in their wellness journey. She believes the body holds an innate ability to restore balance when given the right support and care. Committed to lifelong learning, she stays current with modern research and likes combining traditional wisdom with evidence-based knowledge to deliver compassionate, effective, and personalized care that promotes vitality and long term well-being.
