Danthanh Trinh is board certified by the NCBAHM and licensed to practice in Connecticut. She earned her Master of Science in Acupuncture at the University of Bridgeport, where she received the Director’s Award.

Danthanh was raised by Vietnamese parents who encouraged her to ask questions and explore how things work, leading her to study biology in college. She is also driven by stories, which has made listening one of her strengths. Danthanh became more interested in healthcare as she was helping her parents navigate complex health issues in the U.S. As someone who sees the need for empathetic healthcare providers who make healthcare accessible for patients from different backgrounds, she works to cater treatments to each person’s unique needs. She believes in bridging Western and Eastern Medicines. Danthanh is also committed to practicing trauma-informed care.

Danthanh has acupuncture experience in general care, with special interests in chronic and acute pain, psychoemotional health, and sleep health. She incorporates different modalities into her treatments, including cupping, Tui Na, moxibustion, and electroacupuncture.

In her free time, Danthanh enjoys making art, foraging, and being active with her friends. She is fluent in Vietnamese.
